The clean profile of the yeast, especially when used at the lower end of the temperature range, allows the nuances of the fruit to be prominent in the finished bubbly beverage. This strain is produced on our 100% gluten free media. Imperial Yeast does not recommend this strain in the use of wort based fermentations.
