Italian and Californian Juice Pails are available as a pre-order item that are delivered to our retail store in mid to late Fall. They are not available to be shipped to any address. If you pre-order these pails, you agree that you will pick up your order from the store during store hours on the date on which it is received. Our Customer Service team will contact you with an estimated date range as soon as possible and will follow-up again when the exact date of delivery is determined. Any pre-ordered Juice pails that are not picked up by the close of business on the delivery date will be forfeited and no refunds will be given.

Returns
We do not manage the stock in our factory and warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any given time. It is possible that stock may run out after the order has been made.
