If you’re pressed for time and need to brew something up to keep the beer flowing, or are new to brewing and want a tasty brew that easy to do, try our new 20 minute Kolsch.
Based on our Kolsch recipe, this beer style is indigenous to the city of Koln, Germany. A pale, clean, crisp, lager-like ale that is fermented with a unique German ale yeast capable of fermenting at cooler temperatures, outside the range of most ale yeasts. This version has been tweaked to accommodate a 20 minute boil, making it a breeze to brew anytime. Expect a slightly more hop forward beer than a traditional kolsch accompanied by light, clean, and spritzy characteristics- its the perfect summer slammer!
