Pink Hops is a product of the Jackson Farms, located in Wilder, ID, the same farm that introduced us to Idaho 7. Originally known as Experimental ID-158, this variety was named after the pink flags that mark the field where it was grown. With a delightful blend of citrus and stone fruit flavors, as well as hints of honey, melon, strawberry, and vanilla, Pink Hops is a must-try for any brewing enthusiast. Our team was particularly impressed by the 2023 crop’s strong aroma and flavor profile.
