Grow your own Sterling hops!
These Sterling Rhizomes are root cuttings of the hop bine; to be planted in well-drained soil with plenty of sun and room to climb, then harvest and dry the flower cones in late summer for your brewing pleasure!
Sterling hops have a unique spicy flavor that is reminiscent of both Saaz and Hallertau.
Important Notes:
- Rhizomes will ship directly from the supplier as soon as they are available (typically mid-April.)
- The minimum order is two (2) rhizomes. Since these are live root stock, we cannot guarantee they will grow so ordering two of each variety desired is optimal to provide the greatest chances of success.
- Rhizomes will be shipped through the US Postal Service. Please provide a USPS-deliverable address with these orders. If you have a PO Box address and wish to order rhizomes, please include ONLY rhizomes on that order. Rhizomes are not available for international shipping.
- Due to local restrictions, we cannot ship rhizomes to HI, AK, WA, or ID.
- Due to government restrictions, we cannot ship rhizomes internationally.

Sterling: Contains an uncommon oil content resulting in a unique combination of a delicately spiced, citrusy aroma with herbal and floral tones.

- Beta Acids: 4 — 6%
- Co-Humulone: 21 — 28% of alpha acids
- Total Oil: 0.6 – 1.9 mls/100g

Note: Orders containing more than one product are assigned a particular processing period based on the individual item.
Before shipment, all ordered products will be thoroughly inspected. Today, the majority orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not completely manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory can change at any moment. It is possible that your order is out of stock when the order is placed.
The policy is for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we're unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.
The item cannot be used, and it must be in its original condition. It should also be in the original packaging.
