How long will it take for my brewing kit to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
What is your return policy on ingredients?
To ensure maximum freshness for all customers, we cannot accept returns on perishable items like yeast, hops, and grain. However, all hardware and equipment can be returned within 30 days if unused.
Do you offer a guarantee on your recipe kits?
Yes! We stand by our 'Yield to None' guarantee. If your brew doesn't turn out exactly how you expected, we will replace the kit for free to ensure you get a successful batch.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I know if my yeast is still viable?
We recommend checking the manufacture date on the package. For liquid yeast, using a yeast starter is the best way to confirm viability and ensure a healthy fermentation before pitching.
