At Northern Brewer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your homebrewing supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return most items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our returns portal; please note that a flat-rate return shipping fee may be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile brewing components are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
