A partially refined cane sugar, Panel is a medium-dark brown and contributes excellent flavors of caramel, vanilla, and rum. Vanilla notes will dissipate with long-term aging.

Instructions for Use:

• Recommended to use 1/2 - 1 lb. per 5 gallons
• Some recipes can call up to 2 lbs.
